• High-quality image generation and saving capabilities
• Social sharing features
• Free and subscription-based usage tiers

User Accounts and Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use CartoonKit
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining your Apple ID and any associated subscriptions
• Accurate Information: Any information you provide must be accurate and current
• Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use Policy

You May:

• Transform your own photos or photos you have permission to use
• Save and share generated artwork
• Use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use generated images for commercial purposes (you own the rights to your creations)

You May Not:

• Upload photos containing inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Process images you don't own or lack permission to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the AI processing system
• Use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to overload our systems
• Share or redistribute access to your subscription

Subscription Terms

Subscription Tiers:

Billing and Renewals:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Charges are processed by Apple shortly before renewal to prevent service interruption
• Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Intellectual Property

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of your original photos
• You own the generated cartoon artwork created from your photos
• You grant us temporary rights to process your images through our AI service
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any photos you upload

Our Content:

• CartoonKit app, design, and technology are owned by ByteBunny Inc.
• Style catalogs, prompts, and artistic filters are our proprietary content
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our app or technology

Service Availability and Limitations

• Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Processing Time: AI generation typically takes 20-30 seconds, with a 3-minute timeout
• Rate Limits: Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier
• Quality: AI results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations
• Maintenance: We may temporarily suspend service for updates and maintenance

Third-Party Services

CartoonKit relies on third-party services for core functionality:

• AI Processing: Replicate and AIProxy for image transformation
• Payments: Apple App Store for all billing and subscriptions
• Analytics: RevenueCat for subscription management

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Service interruptions by third parties may affect app functionality.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimers:

• CartoonKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific quality or accuracy of AI-generated results
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions
• Generated artwork may not always meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

Termination

• By You: You may stop using the app and cancel subscriptions anytime
• By Us: We may terminate access for violations of these terms
• Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately
• Data: You may lose access to generated images not saved to your device

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law. For subscription-related disputes, Apple's terms and dispute resolution procedures apply.
